Your report will be sent to the University of Zurich’s External Reporting Office, an independent and confidential point of contact. The External Reporting Office is operated by Pikó Uhl Rechtsanwälte AG. Your report will be received by attorney-at-law Dr Rita Pikó or attorney-at-law Dr Laurenz Uhl.

What happens to my report?
The External Reporting Office will receive your report, confirm its receipt, clarify any questions or concerns you may have regarding the report, record the facts as you have described them, and inform you of the next steps in the process. The External Reporting Office will then forward your report to the relevant contact point within the UZH’s Legal and Data Protection Department (UZH Kontaktstelle). The relevant UZH bodies will subsequently decide on the next steps. UZH will investigate plausible reports in an appropriate, fair and confidential manner. Should any irregularities or misconduct be identified, UZH will take the necessary measures or impose sanctions.
What should I do after submitting my report?
Please check the status of your report regularly for any queries or to monitor the progress of the investigation.
Important: When you submit your report, you will be given access to your report. The system will generate a unique link and a password for you. Store these login details in a secure place, protected from access by third parties. Without these login details, you will not be able to access your report or respond to any queries. For security reasons, it is not possible to reset your password.
